Wendy launched her real estate career in 2003 and spent over a decade as a top-producing agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty, where she earned National Platinum Level recognition—an honor reserved for the top 3% of BHGRE agents nationwide. In August 2025, Wendy joined RE/MAX Hawai‘i, bringing her proven track record, deep local knowledge, and trusted team to one of the world’s most respected real estate brands.

She leads Team Tenn, a dedicated trio made up of her husband Kenny Tenn, Realtor® and retired fire captain, and Jennifer Robinson, a skilled client relations specialist. Together, they offer full-service support—from expert staging and marketing to skilled negotiations and closing coordination. Having a team allows them to serve their clients more efficiently, provide greater availability, and deliver a more seamless experience from start to finish.

Wendy is also a proud mom to two college-aged sons, Zacary and Kaleb, and dog-mom to Rocky, her half Great Dane walking and beach-loving sidekick.
